Services

Mark’s Arkansas Land Clearing Service provides land clearing, forestry mulching, lot clearing, brush removal, tree removal, stump grinding, grading, and land management services to residential and commercial clients in Rogers, AR and the surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. However, these estimates are based on the information provided by the client and are subject to change upon inspection of the property. Final pricing will be agreed upon in writing before any work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon work. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balances after 30 days.

Scheduling

We will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. However, our schedule is subject to change due to weather, equipment maintenance, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any changes to the scheduled work as soon as possible.

Property Damage

We take every precaution to avoid damage to your property during our work. However, some minor damage to landscaping, driveways, or other structures may occur as a result of the land clearing process. We will make every effort to minimize this damage and will repair any damage caused by our negligence.

Debris Removal

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all debris generated by our land clearing services will be left on the property. We can provide debris removal services for an additional fee.

Liability

Mark’s Arkansas Land Clearing Service is not liable for any damage or injury caused by the condition of the property before, during, or after our work. The client assumes all responsibility for the condition of the property and any hazards present.

Intellectual Property
